1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at ALDI
Are you ready to join the warehouse team at ALDI? We are looking for hardworking individuals to help ensure our products are delivered and available for our valued customers. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in our operations, from receiving and selecting stock to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Position Type
- Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically
- Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance
- Assist with warehouse inventory counts
- Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes
- Inspect product quality and safety
- Independently make decisions within assigned responsibilities
- Assist in achieving budgeted goals
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
Job Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must be 18 years or older and demonstrate competencies such as conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds
- Move merchandise and prepare for delivery
- Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment
