Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to organize tasks efficiently and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
