Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvement and budget goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to efficiently organize and execute tasks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
