Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $23.00 per hour
Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Offer input for process improvement to warehouse management.
- Inspect products for quality and safety; report issues to management.
- Independently carry out designated responsibilities within the warehouse.
- Support warehouse budget goals.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
- Share concerns related to product quality and safety with management.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
- Interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, work both independently and in a team.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, walk throughout the warehouse.
- Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
