2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a crucial part of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and quality standards.

Shifts

• Schedule A1 and A2: involves working weekdays with specific days off each week.
• Schedule B and C: require weekend work with alternating days off.
• Schedule D: weekdays with weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill orders promptly.
• Organize and relocate merchandise efficiently.
• Load and unload shipments accurately.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
