Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a valuable member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient stock handling and order fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to follow company policies, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Capable of physical tasks: lifting up to 45 pounds, operating equipment, working in varying temperatures.
