Job Description: 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage: $23.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocates merchandise within the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment.
• Performs cleaning duties, participates in inventory counts, and cooperates with peers and leadership.
• Provides input to improve warehouse processes, inspects products for quality, and assists in achieving goals.
• Follows safety guidelines, ergonomic procedures, and reports any issues as necessary.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, standing, bending, operating equipment, working in varying temperatures.
