2nd Shift LPN - Shift Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift LPN - Shift Supervisor to join our team at Hope Network Behavioral Health. In this role, you will oversee the medical care of residents, manage the operation of the med room, and coordinate care needs with external medical entities. Your responsibilities will include assisting with dispensing medications, monitoring and treating medical conditions, providing leadership in medication administration, and coordinating care efforts with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medical care and operations during 2nd shift hours.
• Assist with dispensing and monitoring medications, including injections.
• Provide leadership in medication administration and supervise medication passes.
• Coordinate with external medical providers, staff, and residents for individual treatment plans.
• Act as a super-user for electronic medication records to ensure quality monitoring.

Requirements

• Active State of Michigan Practical Nurse Licensure (LPN).
• Experience in a residential setting preferred.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
