2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our growing team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. As a key member of our team, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, contributing to our commitment to exceptional quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and assist in unloading incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
