2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient selection and delivery of products to our stores. As a part-time associate, you will work fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving a competitive starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise to prepare for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with excellent communication skills.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds at various heights.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and carry out physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
