2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to meet safety requirements.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
