2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. You will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise in the warehouse, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. This role requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise following guidelines.
• Clean and organize the warehouse space.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work within a team and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
