2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, depending on the shift schedule. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipping.
• Perform warehouse cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Communicate effectively with peers and management for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and contribute to budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Job Qualifications:

- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Strong organization and efficiency skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

- Lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
