2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. The position offers flexible schedules and competitive starting wages ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, with various shift differentials.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Adhere to ALDI Acts competencies and demonstrate positive attitudes and resilience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work both independently and within a team environment.
