2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team in a full-time role, with an average of 30-35 hours per week. This position offers a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory management. Additionally, you will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership, provide input on process improvements, and ensure product quality and safety standards are met.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Must work in varying temperatures, including outdoor and refrigerated environments.
