2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join ALDI's team. As an integral part of the warehouse operations, you will play a key role in selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, and organizing merchandise efficiently to fulfill orders. This position requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate product quality issues.
• Collaborate with peers and management to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Physical stamina to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
