2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and relocating merchandise in our warehouse to fulfill store orders. You will play a vital part in preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse standards, interacting with team members and suppliers, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and ensure product quality.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years to be employed at Aldi.
• Demonstrates conscientious, collaborative, positive, and resilient behaviors.
• Drives for success and organizes efficiently within the warehouse environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
