We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers flexible schedules and competitive wages. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a vital role in efficiently stocking and organizing merchandise, ensuring timely order fulfillment and warehouse operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
• Independently handle assigned tasks within responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organizes and executes tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
