2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's team. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse appearance standards. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the efficiency of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
