2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This Full-Time position offers 30-35 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently selecting, receiving, and organizing stock to fulfill store orders, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and contributing to inventory counts. Additionally, you will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure effective communication and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
