2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and participating in warehouse cleaning and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Suggest improvements to warehouse processes to enhance efficiency.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Good communication and basic math skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Perform various physical tasks in different temperature environments.
