Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse by receiving, relocating, sorting, organizing, and loading merchandise. Your duties will include performing general cleaning tasks, inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with the warehouse team.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
- Perform various physical activities in the warehouse environment.
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
