Job Description
Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage: $23.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
- Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipment.
- Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to improve processes and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
- Inspect product for quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
- Act independently within delegated responsibilities.
- Follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.
- Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, and operate equipment.
- Work in varying temperatures and safely operate powered industrial equipment.
