2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise to fulfill store orders efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Inspect product quality and provide input for process improvements.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older to be employed.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate resilience.
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency in executing tasks.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and moving items up to 45 pounds.
• Varied physical movements throughout the warehouse.
• Ability to work in different temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
