2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise ensuring strategic placement for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and contribute suggestions for process improvement.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to work conscientiously, collaborate with a team, and adapt to changes.
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency in executing warehouse tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Basic math skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Physical fitness to lift, move, and operate equipment in varying warehouse conditions.
