Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse employees work efficiently in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, following comprehensive training and safety programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and warehouse inventory counts.
• Interact effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt positively, drive for success, and organize efficiently.
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment and work in varying temperatures.
