2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi team. Our warehouse plays a crucial role in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores, catering to our growing customer base. This part-time position offers on average less than 30 hours per week at a competitive starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise according to warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to enhance processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 to work at ALDI.
• Demonstrated competencies in quality, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
