2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi. As a critical part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Work independently within assigned responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budget goals.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Commit to quality, safety, and collaborate with peers.
• Adapt positively to challenges and change.
• Drive for success and adhere to company policies.
• Effectively organize and execute tasks.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
