2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing orders for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and leadership to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain the warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, and management.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and follow warehouse procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place product up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and grip.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
