2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock and preparing merchandise for shipment. You will work collaboratively with your team to maintain warehouse appearance standards, support inventory counts, and ensure product quality and safety. Additionally, you will operate powered industrial equipment and perform other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
