Job Description

Join ALDI as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member! In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores. With an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, supported by thorough training and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Support warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements through cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and collaborate with the management team.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years to be employed at ALDI.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
