2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks such as receiving and stocking merchandise, organizing inventory, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report any quality or safety issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate positive attitude, collaboration, and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
