2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's warehouse operations. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality products. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, resilience, drive for success, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate industrial equipment.
