3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and contributing to a collaborative working environment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
