General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe and timely freight loading/unloading.
• Maintain load plans and balance for safe vehicle operations.
• Assign tasks and monitor job performances.
• Provide training, feedback, and ensure a safe working environment.
• Handle hazardous materials safely.
• Support team goals in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation and/or service center operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight handling techniques.
