ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As a supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the efficient loading and unloading of freight to ensure timely and safe operations.

General description of duties:

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for loading/unloading operations.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, monitor performances, and provide training and feedback.
• Provide a clean and safe working environment, ensuring safe handling of materials.
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting to achieve department goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in transportation and supervisory roles is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general knowledge of freight operations.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
