Join our team at E V Bishoff Company as an Account Executive - Commercial Leasing Agent. You will directly represent the Owner, showcasing available office spaces, creating lease proposals, closing deals with new tenants, and managing existing tenant leasing needs. This role is dynamic and fast-paced, emphasizing tenant interactions and in-depth knowledge of our properties.

Responsibilities

• Promptly follow up on leads to schedule showings and secure leases.
• Engage in business development through our corporate neighbors' program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Proven success in sales.
• Strong computer skills and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.

Compensation

Competitive salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually with the potential for bonuses based on individual goal achievement.

Monday to Friday work schedule.
