Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, program, test, and deploy new features with high quality standards.
• Provide guidance to Associate and Senior Associate Application Engineers.
• Lead technology communities and drive key results for assigned products.
• Remediate issues and proactively create design solutions for potential failures.
• Document design specifications and code changes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related areas.
• Technical proficiency rating of competent on the Dreyfus engineering scale for internal applicants.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of OpenShift Container or Kubernetes platforms.
• BPM certifications.
• Experience with IBM BAW, process design, and application development.
• Proficiency in BPM UI toolkit and integrating with external technologies.
• Skills in DevOps, Java technologies, cloud native applications, SQL, and more.
