Application Engineer (Full-Stack)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Application Engineer (Full-Stack) to join Discover Financial Services, a leading digital banking and payments company. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will collaborate with enterprise-wide teams to develop and maintain scalable software solutions that meet business requirements. You will analyze, design, program, test, and deploy new features while ensuring high quality and reliability. In this role, you will also provide guidance to the team, remediate issues, and contribute to technology communities at Discover.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology or Software Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in full stack Java development.
• Proficiency in Java Spring Boot, Rest API, and React.
• Knowledge of unit testing, test automation, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in a collaborative development environment.
