Responsibilities
- Produce visionary architectural designs and quality contract documents while adhering to firm standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead construction administration efforts and oversee project progress.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of architectural design and construction experience.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture required, Master's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in REVIT, Lumion, Photoshop, Sketchup, and MS Office Suite.
- Experience with large-scale multifamily developments and Affordable Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).
