Join the powerful combination of Areté Collective/Denton House Design Studio as an Architectural Designer - Multifamily. In this role, you will be an essential part of a team dedicated to creating high-end hospitality, commercial, and residential projects that inspire wonder and enrich communities. From visioning and conceptual designs to contract documents and construction administration, you will play a key role in shaping innovative spaces.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Architects and Project Managers.
- Complete full set of contract documents and establish design fees.
- Lead construction administration efforts and coordinate with consultants.
- Oversee design and technical development of projects.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of architectural design and construction administration experience.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture; Master's degree preferred.
- Registered architect desired.
- Direct experience with large-scale multifamily developments and Affordable Housing Tax Credits required.
- Proficiency in REVIT, Lumion, Photoshop, InDesign, and other relevant software.
- Advanced understanding of architectural design principles and codes.
