Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Nurse Manager to join our dedicated team at LifeBridge Health's Northwest Hospital Emergency Department. This full-time position offers a night shift from 7:00pm to 3:30am at our dynamic facility in Randallstown, MD. The Emergency Department handles a significant volume of patients annually and requires a leader who can ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients with a variety of medical needs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate resources to maintain quality service in line with the hospital's mission and vision.
- Provide leadership and organizational skills to assess patient status and execute clinical nursing interventions.
- Ensure efficient operations of the Emergency Department during the night shift.
Requirements
- Associate's degree required, Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a clinical nursing role.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and CPR/BLS Certification.
