Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Associate Director, HR Business Partner to join our global biopharmaceutical company, Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this remote role, you will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives, providing expert advice on people practices, and supporting a diverse portfolio of global projects. As the lead HR Delivery Partner for the US Commercial function, you will work closely with senior managers to enhance talent outcomes, optimize employee engagement, and ensure organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in resolving complex employee relations situations.
- Lead and implement people programs for the US Commercial function.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to deliver effective HR programs and projects.
- Provide guidance and coaching on HR practices and policies to managers.
- Utilize data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive organizational change.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR partnership experience.
- Strong passion for employee relations and US Employment Law knowledge.
- Exceptional relationship-building and coaching skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR systems.
Education and Licenses
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related discipline.
- HR professional certification is preferred.
- Experience in a global HR function is a plus.
- R&D experience would be beneficial.
