Associate Director, Real World Data

Job Description

T1D Exchange, a pioneering nonprofit focused on enhancing care and expediting advancements for individuals impacted by type 1 diabetes, is seeking an Associate Director for Real World Data. In this role, you will lead the Real-World Data team, develop statistical analyses for various research purposes, and champion best practices for data analytics and population health initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare study documents, reports, and presentations summarizing research findings.
• Ensure quality and consistency of analytics from the Real-World Data team.
• Supervise and train team members on relevant tasks.
• Design statistical analysis plans for research studies and serve as an expert in analytical methodologies.
• Represent the company in collaborations with industry partners.
• Review research data and summarize key demographics and trends.
• Establish best practices for data management and scientific reporting.
• Stay updated on statistical techniques and regulations.
• Facilitate the Data Science Committee and drive industry-sponsored projects.

Qualifications:

• PhD in statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, or related field with 2+ years of healthcare experience.
• Proficiency in statistics programs like R or Python, and SQL for data manipulation.
• Experience with predictive models, data mining, and longitudinal data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Compensation:

The annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401k, and more.
