AV Technician - Level 3

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Audiovisual (AV) Technician - Level 3 to join our team at Avidex in Spokane, Washington. As an AV Technician - Level 3, you will lead AV/IT system installations at various job sites, ensuring projects are completed successfully according to plans and industry standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience leading AV/IT system installations.
• Valid state installation license/certificate.
• AVIXA CTS-I certification or State Certified Apprenticeship graduate.
• Powder actuated tool certification.
• Proficient in AV/IT trade tools and construction equipment.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign work priorities and ensure crew morale and safety.
• Provide training and technical guidance.
• Mentor new hires and trainee staff.
• Act as point of contact with project team.
• Complete installations and test equipment.
