Job Description

Lariat Lodge Brewing Company is seeking a dedicated Brewer to join our team at our Evergreen and Littleton locations. As part of our small brewing team, you will be involved in all aspects of production, from conceptualization to packaging and serving, utilizing both our 5 BBL and 20 BBL systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial brewing or the beer industry.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the brewing industry, including standing for extended periods, working in varying environmental conditions, lifting heavy loads, and operating machinery.
• Strong time management, work ethic, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Excellent customer service skills for engaging with customers and representing the company.
• Knowledge of brewing processes, equipment maintenance, and canning/draft line experience.
• Attention to detail and reliability for working at both locations.

Additional Details

• Hourly compensation based on experience level.
• Overtime may be required.
• No relocation assistance provided.
