Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance to seniors with daily living activities.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with the community team to maintain compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and a flexible approach to working in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED accepted.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
