Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Caregivers to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide quality care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role involves building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily living activities, and creating enriching experiences for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and assistance to seniors and their families.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to management.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' well-being.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents and guests.
• Engage residents in life skills and enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude and flexibility.
• High School diploma/GED required; certifications may be necessary in some states.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Effective communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
