Join our team at Property Management Inc. (PMI) as a Certified HVAC Technician in Camp Hill, PA. As part of our residential division, you will provide expert maintenance and repair services to managed apartment homes in the Harrisburg area. Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks at multiple properties.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
• Handle light electrical work, appliance repair, and preventive maintenance.

Requirements

• Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable cell phone.
• Prior experience in residential or multifamily housing preferred.
• Basic hand tools required.
• High school diploma or GED.
