Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Charge Nurse to join our Webb Adult Clinic at Denver Health. As a Charge Nurse, you will supervise clinical personnel, provide patient care and education, and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clinic operations and provide leadership to nursing and care team staff.
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications, maintain accurate documentation, and reassess patient conditions.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of professional nursing experience.
• Active RN license and BLS certification.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and basic Office Suite skills.
